Vlog: 4th of July Weekend + What I Wore

Hello, everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! Yes, I know, I’m a week late on this but it’s a busy life preparing for a move, you know!

July 1st: We had a TON of errands to do, and we also had to meet up with my family and Luke’s family as well since his aunt and uncle from Poland were staying with his mom. (Stay tuned for the next vlog because we actually took Luke’s aunt and uncle out to watch EuroCup 2016 at Hofbrauhaus.) Of course, the Vegas heat was unbearable that day but I powered through with this gorgeous and breezy Zara crop top with beautiful patch detailing on the back. Love it!

Thanks to Zara, I realized that I’m actually in love with patches. I’ll definitely be getting more clothes with cute and unique patches on them. I know Zara’s current collection is filled with patches but Australian boutique Princess Polly also has them. I love Princess Polly’s western vibes a la ’70s aesthetic.

I kept the makeup really simple because it was too hot and humid that day. I didn’t want any breakouts since we had a very long and full day. But I decided to brighten up my face with a bright pink lippie.

July 4th: I just lazed around all day cooking with my aunt and uncle. If you watch the vlog, you’ll see just how much food we consumed that day. The guilt of stuffing my face at their house really hit hard when I went home…

How did you spend your 4th of July weekend?
